March 2025 update: we completed our 2nd project with Fresh Outdoor (FO), a sunroom. Overall we are happy with the outcome and commitment to customer satisfaction from FO, however, there were some challenges along the way. A mistake in the design caused several months delay in delivery and a lack of installers caused delays in completing installation. It was good of FO to foot the costs of the design mistake (made on their side by sending wrong design to manufacturers) and the install delays are likely growing pains for the business caused by recent increased sales as the product and outcome are still great for the price. It's also worth noting only some of the project management and install team speak english, so communication can sometimes be harder if you don't speak chinese, but they try their hardest to accommodate everyone. But overall we are still happy, you may just need to expect some delays... Like all other trades in Sydney these days. Hopefully FO can ramp up installers to meet the business growth. ....... Thanks to Andrew, Jasmine and the Fresh Outdoor team for our motorised louvre pergola. The Fresh team are local to us and when we enquired about outdoor projects, Andrew was quick to respond and walk us through the possibilities at their display office. Andrew was a patient and persistent negotiator and we eventually arrived on a great value proposition to moved ahead. We were kept updated during the delivery and the install was completed quickly in 2 days. We are happy with the outcomes and will definately use Fresh Outdoors for future projects.

Our sunroom was installed by Fresh Outdoor recently. I must say the look and quality of the entire structure are excellent, but the roof panels with light gray is not really what I pictured it would be. I think there was a misunderstanding between each other. Then I talked with Andy about this situation at once. They just replaced all panels with transparent one without any surcharges. Very impressed with final result! Excellent work!

The product itself provide a perfect solution for our requirement. Two pergolas have been installed for my house and all work perfect. Quick respond for measurement, good communication, 3D models been made in days. Production started straight way after locked in design. The pergola has been assembled and tested before shipment. Noticed straight way after product arrived and booked in for installation in weeks’ time. The installation itself went well. The one I have got in the backyard which is 10m long and 2.2m wide has been done in 2 days with a clean site. Never will do a timber pergola again that need to get the builder with carpenter, plaster, painter, electrician etc.…

My pergola setup was very complicated because it had to be attached to the facade to keep the slope angle for drainage. The installation was great and took 2 days to complete.
